April 20 at about 5pm. Don't eat out but car broke down. Got 6inch sub and ended up vomiting with diarrhea same night that lasted about 24 hours. Fever, fatigue, dizziness, headache, and very upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue

Ordered a 6 inch turkey on wheat with cheese, light mayo, lettuce, tomato, olives, and pickles. Severe cramping, gas and diarrhea immeadietly after and is still ongoing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
