Ate around 11am to 12, and my worst symptoms began to kick in around 7pm. I had the $5 Chalupa box, and ate one taco and one Chalupa. I ended up being completely unable to move for 5 hours of fear that I was gonna throw up violently. Symptoms didn’t begin to wear off until about 9am the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

vegetarian crunch wrap supreme. Went thru drive thru. Got crunch wrap supreme. After 3 hours, first I was very nauseous, then I had severe projectile vomit. And was sick for the next 4 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
