I recently bought Trader Joe’s brand chicken meatballs. Ate them when I got home from the grocery store. It was the only thing I ate in about two hours later got incredibly sick and vomiting, Stomach pains, chills for several hours into the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

June 7 ate premade salad and got violently ill and ended up in hospital
