I followed the instructions. I removed it from the freezer and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from this Trader Joe's. This time was WAY worse. I was nauseated, experiencing stomach cramps, and experiencing violent vomiting and diarrhea.
