I made salad with prebagged baby spinach, spring mix and green onions. Not sure which caused it, but within an hour I was throwing up, diarrhea, headache, insomnia. Miserable for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Other

Kale & Cauliflower Chili recalled for glass particles but only posted in store for 2.5 weeks. Not included on their site or registered with FDA. Cramping within a half hour and admitted to hospital for 3 days. Still recovering.  | Symptoms: Cramps
