I believe it was this place Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Super gassy and had diarrhea, the sausage was the only new food item introduced to my diet. It says “fully cooked” but I’m not so sure. I did cook it, however, according to the package instructions.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

Had avocado on a slice of bread for lunch, the only thing I’d had all day. Went to dinner 4-5 hrs later and symptoms started. I did not have anything but sparkling water at dinner. Today I have a headache and still fit a bit queasy.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Last night my husband and I made orange chicken for dinner and within an hour of each other we started vomiting that lasted for almost about 12h and well as having stomach issues.
