We are a medium pepperoni pizza with pineapple. The first 3 pieces were fine but the last ones were fought and undercooked. My boyfriend woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and shaking! He couldn’t keep anything down!  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Shaking

Visited for dinner. Had fried chicken and seaweed udon noodles. 18 hours later developed abdominal cramps and watery diarrhea with fever/chills ? salmonella. I noticed that noodle bowls were not dried after washing. Not sure if due to undercooked chicken or due to cross-contamination.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever, Cramps, Chills

I had avocado toast with bacon on the side. Thought the bacon seemed a little undercooked but ate it anyways. By midnight same day became violently ill. It is now 9am the next morning and I am still violently ill. Throwing up nothing at this point which is very painful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate an undercooked fairfax and had to power walk back to the Cosimo (ironically passing the dirty slut) three hours later to prevent catastrophe.
