I ate bad lobster tail from Wegmans, on 06/02/18. Next morning vomiting diarrhea for the next 5 days. Currently still in the hospital and running test. But already diagnosed with Colitis!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought Cilantro from Baker Farm # 4889 at Wegmans McKinley store on 5/31/18. Served quinoa with cilantro at a party on 6/2/18. Three people who ate it had symptoms of GI distress including vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and bloated stomach with severe headache within 24 to 48 hours. I got Shacha Shrimp this afternoon. I didn’t smell anything suspicious because the sauce covers everything else. But I got dierria afterwards. I’m pretty sure it’s the shrimp, because I didn’t get anything else as dinner other than the shrimp  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
