Ate a burger at the seafood counter and was violently sick about 2-3 hours after eating. Husband had same and he was sick also. Think it may have been underdone. We only ate the outside of the burger and not the center as it was still so red.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate at the burger bar in Wegmans on 1-3-19 at 3pm. I had the brunch burger done med. also had the baked potatoe soup. Within an hr I had throwing up and diarrhea and it didn’t stop until 3:30 am the following day. I’m in bed weak and still have an upset stomach  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I love Wegmans...however I got a pesto tomato/spinach pizza from there yesterday and probably 1 hr after eating it I started violently vomiting with chills and felt nauseous until I realized I had a 102 fever...even thinking about the pizza made me horribly sick.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Purchased 90/10 beef & ground sausage, both Wegmans brand. Made lasagna Saturday night, and ate leftovers Sunday early afternoon. By 6pm, I had horrible stomach cramps & was throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
