Ate from the salad bar for lunch. Salad had chicken, cheese, bacon, carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, croutons, and ranch dressing. Within 20 minutes of finishing I was vomiting. The diarrhea started soon after, it's been going for more than 24 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Stomach hurts really bad was trying to do some errand but it hurts to bad just came back to home trying to lay down, Im the o ly one who ate it and mystomach still hurts really bad after i ate the fruit at 12noon around 3 pm my stomach starts to hurt really bad i have no ther symptoms  | 症状: 胃痛

I ate a salmon poke salad, I had never had the salads before only the salmon poke rice bowls. And about an hour later had sharp stomach pains and discomfort. I threw up for a while but am now just feeling bloated and pain in my stomach.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹胀, 胃痛

We bought oysters from wegmans. Wife is pregnant she got vibrio. She has an active rash on her hands and is very sick
She is sick i am not. At least if i am it hasnt expressed itself yet. She ate the oyster with me aroung 930pm friday night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 皮疹

I ate pork friend rice and started violently throwing up an hour after I ate it. I threw up for almost 3 hours then had diarrhea and then felt very dehydrated., That was it. It lasted about three hours. Now my stomach hurts a lot but nothing is happening.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

Ate lunch on 4/4/19 at 12:15pm from food bar. Got sampler plate with Citrus Kale Salad, Cottage Cheese and Fruit, Tortellini Salad and Peruvian Style Chicken. 排骨，我自己3我的男朋友我10个月大。我买了排骨然后煮了。在吃它们的时候，我注意到它们很坚硬而且很难咀嚼。我煮的时候没有血。我的男朋友身体疼痛、发冷、发烧、出汗和旋转。我有以上所有东西，还有呕吐和胃痉挛。我女儿有躁动不安呕吐和疲劳。
