Ate there around 3pm on March 28th. Later that night after a few hours of nausea and pain, I began to throw up and could not even stomach water. I should add it was the only thing I ate that day. Very lucky I didn’t have to go to ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

My wife and I ate at 10:00pm and we woke up at 5:50am with nausea it is already 6:33 and we are still vomiting, I am 100% sure it was the nuggets I thought they were cold but they were really my wife ate a little more than me and she is the one who is worse #vomitos #náuseas #wendys  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I suspect An undercooked hamburger from day before I was diagnosed w/ both norovirus and E coli via ER; burger also had lettuce and sauces. Location was short-staffed as was told there would be extra wait time. Have to wonder if he pulled burgers too soon or… See more

4 for $4 included chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. Became extremely ill hours after eating it. Had not eaten anything else that day. Eventually vomitted it all back up but still felt terrible after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
