Ordered a #1 with mustard and veggies and my daughter ordered the same but with mayo. One hour later we both had diarrhea and lasted through the evening into the mid morning. I think it was the patty. We then had severe headache even after drinking Gatorade and much needed fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
