I ate at 1:15pm & had Lobster Bisque Soup, Small Mac & Cheese & Swedish Meatballs. By 3:45pm I was completely nauseous & needed to run to the bathroom immediately. It is now 8:31pm and I still feel sick as a dog.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate a Chicken Schwarma bowl from the Tel Aviv food kiosk. I only ate about 1/4th. I stopped eating because the chicken was dry and seemed like it had been under heat lamp for a long time. ALL night spent on the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Purchased organic turkey breast ($16.99/pound). I had asked associate about ingredients and was merely told it was gluten free. Woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous and with metallic taste in my mouth.  | Symptoms: Nausea
