Ate the udon noodle bowl. Wife had veg fun noodle. Both in bed 6 hrs later with chills and headache. She hasnt vomited or diarrhea but ive vomited numerous times and have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
