World Famous, Pacific Beach Drive, San Diego, CA, USA

711 Pacific Beach Drive, San Diego, 92109 California, United States

I went to dinner with my girlfriend, her parents and my parents on Monday, August 26th. We ordered crab cakes and bacon wrapped asparagus for our starters, I ordered the Seafood combination plate, my parents had the blackened swordfish, and hers shared the salmon. The next day, out of the 6 of us that ate, 5 of us had symptoms of vomiting diarrhea and fever. These symptoms lasted about 9 hours for each of us and hit us about 12 hours after the meal was consumed. The vomiting was very violent and eventually turned into dry heaving for those impacted. Unfortunate as we usually have a great experience here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
