I ate 3 soft tacos with white rice, steak, tomatoes salsa, hot salsa, cheese and guacamole on 1/24/17 at 12pm. On 1/25pm at around 2am I began to feel sick. I began having diarrhea and vomiting multiple times. I then began having a fever. The symptoms lasted for about 36 hours.

Got beef tacos. Diarrhea a few hours after eating.. Followed up with vomiting. Now a fever of 102.2

For lunch I ordered a chicken burrito, Brown rice, tomato salsa,cheese,sour cream and lettuce. Chips with guac and corn salsa. The next day I began feelin nauseas and tired around 9am. Around 6pm that evening I had horrible diarrhea and vomiting that lasted through the night and…
