- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of rear door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must provide a splash guard in between hand sink and mopsink.

- comments: must eliminate grocery bags used for food storage and provide food grade bags.

- comments: must detail clean excessive grease and food debris build up on interior and exterior of wok station,faucets at same,pipes of cooking equipment,wheel bases and legs of equipment and prep tables,fryer cabinets,steam table,prep coolers,reach in coolers and freezers.

- comments: must clean dust build up from exterior of walk in cooler and ceiling tiles. Must clean food debris build up from walls and wall bases throughout prep/ dish washing areas.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2293525 6/13/19 not corrected #41-wiping cloths not properly stored. Instructed to properly store in sanitizing solution (must be at the required ppm) when not in use. #47 the storage racks inside the walk in cooler are rusty. Instructed to remove rust or replace racks. Maintain same. #53- the trash receptacle in the toilet room needs a cover. Instructed to provide a receptacle with a cover and maintain.
