我于4月26日上午11点左右在QDOBA用餐。我点了牛排法士达碗，配有白米饭、黑豆、鲜番茄酱、奶酪、酸奶油、生菜和鳄梨酱。味道很奇怪，所以我只吃了一半。下午1点左右开始出现症状，包括胃痉挛和发冷。从下午2点到晚上8点，我持续腹泻不止。晚上6点到8点之间，我无法控制地呕吐。

My dad and I got the same thing, except I got sour cream on mine. I ended up having food poisoning from the sour cream, and I know this because my dad was fine and this was the only thing I ate before I got sick. Food tasted fine but I can't recommend it.

Had a burrito with a wheat tortilla, pinto beans, chicken, pico de Gallo, red hot sauce, guac, sour cream, and jalapeños on April 8. About eight hours later, I started feeling symptoms of food poisoning.
