I ordered food specifically told them no bacon or pork about 4 or 5 times that i do not eat pork i am muslim and still they brung me my order with bacon not knowing and i ate it and started vomiting & went back and explained… 更多

I at the strawberry pecan salad. I don't have a receipt - paid cash and checked out around noon. My bill was 95$ and some change. they can find the receipt if needed., No others sick. No one else had the same meal. I got sick about 20 minutes after I left the restaurant.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我在 3 月 3 日至 19 日下午 3 点 30 分开始吃我的 “意大利之旅”。我注意到我的鸡巴马干酪非常橡胶状，看起来很黏糊，味道很奇怪我没吃完，但是在晚上 3 点 50 分左右我吃完了 Zuppa Toscana，在下午 3 点 55 分吃完饭，大约下午 4 点 30 分我注意到我的胃感到不适，但直到下午 5 点 30 分左右我才知道是从食物里拿出来的下午 6:00 我觉得自己要呕吐了，大约 7 点 10 分钟后我有腹泻，五分钟后又有腹泻。然后在晚上 7 点 22 分我呕吐了很多。我带着水样腹泻和呕吐来回走了三个小时。我有坏胃痉挛，头痛，发冷，极度虚弱，我一生中从未如此恶心。第二天（3-3-19）我在上午 11 点 08 分醒来，我的身体受伤非常严重，尤其是我的腰部区域，但仍然头痛。那天晚些时候我在下午 4 点 45… 更多
