我经过开车经过，在上周的星期二晚上订购了两个培根 McDouble，一个大薯条和一个小的香草奶昔。我吃了它，正在去路易斯安那州的路上，直到那天晚上 1 点左右才受到影响，然后我去了急诊室，那个星期六晚上他们诊断出我食物中毒并给了我药物。

I had the romaine and lentil salad with eggplant, red pepper hummus, roasted vegetables, and chicken for lunch. Something was off —salad had an unusual grittiness and I started feeling sick that night after skipping dinner.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I bought a 10 piece family feast which included 4 sides - we ordered 2 corn on cobs, a coleslaw and a chicken gravy to accompany our meal. I had a medium cup of soup day before New Year’s Eve. I’ve been eating here for over 5+ years and I’ve eaten before and after all kinds of trips. This was the first time I had other side effects besides nausea (from possible trips) that included physical pain and release.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
