2019 年 6 月 23 日星期日在那里吃过饭。有碗里有糙米、肉饼、温和的莎莎酱、玉米和酸奶油。周日晚上发烧和发冷。没胃口。星期二有腹泻，我丈夫和我在那里有食物，类似的食物，他没事。他没有酸奶油。症状在饭后5小时开始。

买了鳄梨包装。注意到 6 月 24 日下午 349 分左右这个地方有点温暖。把它带回办公室吃了然后大约 1 个后来开始感觉有点恶心。能够步行去公共汽车然后把它带回家。开始感觉真的很难。当我终于回家的时候，我出现了严重的腹泻，恶心，并且把自己堆在没有空调的毯子里整夜都会发冷。这是非常弱和脱水的。还不能打汗。我感觉稍微好一些，但不得不休息一天。

Ate a smokehouse burger and crinkle fries around 8pm Sunday 6/24/19 and went to bed around 10. At around 1am I threw up and then again in the morning and felt so sick I had to call out of work. This was the only thing I ate all day other than coffee and vitamin water early in the day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
