I went to McDonalds and got two hashbrowns a suasage mcmuffin no egg and an orange juice. Shortly after finishing them about 30 or so minutes later u started thrwoing up in my csr and outside and i cant stio. I am having bad diarrhea and my head is on fire  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

昨天下班后我买了一个大的地中海扁豆汤和一个大的白面包。我吃了它，整晚都感觉非常恶心，因为害怕呕吐再也没有别的了。我今天早上醒来准备上班，在出门的路上，我不得不跑到洗手间，在洗手间里呆了太长时间，这导致我上班迟到了。在工作中，我一分钟感觉非常恶心，炎热和出汗，但是下一分钟我感到极度寒冷。我腹部极度疼痛，不得不每 5 分钟跑一次洗手间。我也感觉超级脱水，有点头晕。我不怀疑这是过去几天我吃的其他东西，因为我没吃任何不寻常的东西。在发生这种情况的那天吃早餐，我吃了当天煮的松饼和意大利面。我经常吃同样的东西。我认为我过去从未经历过这样的食物中毒。
