我在下午 1 点 40 分左右去了维多利亚公园和谢泼德的麦当劳。我去了开车去开车点了一只初级鸡肉、薯条和水果。吃了初级鸡肉后，我开始感觉很奇怪。当我回到家时，我非常痛苦。我去洗手间，在厕所里呆了大约半个小时。我得了腹泻。我无法起床。当我试图起床时我吐了起来。然后我强迫自己，站起来喝了水。

My wife and niece went to Big Orange Bubble Tea, Chilliwack and bought different flavours but had the same Lychee bubbles. My wife also gave some to our 16month old son.
All 3 had different lunches before.

ate a variety of foods,normaly I have a cast iron stomach.

I ordered the tuna poke, I was debating between that and their chips and the waitress recommended the poke and said it was "fresh" it was slathered in hot sauce and at first glance, I thought it tasted alright, I've never had spicey poke before. Chipotle 牛排和奶酪卷。上午 11 点在圭尔夫订购。把它放在冷却器里直到下午 1 点，然后冷却一下。下午 5 点，我不能停止上厕所。到晚上 8 点，我发冷了，肩膀、背部、腿部和手臂上的每一块肌肉都非常痛苦。自从我吃了包裹物以来已经有 20 个小时了，我的肌肉仍然疼痛，我头痛，我仍然有腹泻，必须每小时跑到洗手间。
