在午餐时点了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，然后把它带回家吃晚饭。吃完后不到一个小时，我经历了最严重的胃痛，一直持续到第二天早上。密歇根州的 Chipotle 和 Wacker Dr.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

I purchased3 subs with mayo 1st was for my wife and2 for me after fixing my wife's they ran out of mayo, they refilled and made remaining2 I ate mine & 1 1/2 hours later I became nauseous and thrower up diarrhea & sweat! I'll never buy another subway sand  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went in around dinner 3 on January 30, 2018 and ordered a 6in meatball marinara. The bread I used was wheat bread. And In less than 4 hours I began feeling nauseous and later on went to throw up for what felt like eternity. I am now disgusted to go back ever again.  | 症状: 呕吐

wife and I ordered sausage and onion stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks, within 2 hr my wife was throwing up. next day were both vomiting, diarrhea. i know it's the pizza, we spent the day apart from and it was then only meal we shared.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
