昨晚我吃了一碗非常好吃的 Chipotle。只是 guac，白米饭，奶酪，鸡肉，酸奶油，生菜和玉米。吃完饭后我感觉还不错，但是第二天早上醒来后，我的骨盆非常酸痛，肚子一直在扭曲。没有睡觉姿势会有所帮助所以我起身去洗手间。步行 10 英尺到洗手间出乎意料的痛苦。把几乎所有的东西都从我的系统中拿出来之后，我的身体感觉虚弱，我有寒战和鸡皮疙瘩，每次尝试四处走动时心律都会加快，即使睡了很多，我也很累。我的身体也在颤抖，我的胃有一阵疼痛。我选择不吃药但现在我想我必须这样做。我上次吃 Chipotle 时从未发生过这种情况，但是之后，我开始猜测食物了。也许我的身体不再喜欢 Chipotle 了哈哈。我只想知道我是否是昨晚穿 Chipotle 后唯一有这种感觉的人。

凌晨 3 点左右吃了，第二天早上醒来时出现剧烈的胃痛和恶心，把所有东西都扔掉了，回去睡觉，几个小时后醒来然后又吐了起来，然后整天我都无法动弹，只是躺在床上醒来然后睡着了。  | 症状: 呕吐, 胃痛, 恶心
