下午 2 点在 Senor taco 吃了虾卷饼 1/14/18。还有来自莎莎酒吧的莎莎酱，所以不确定是哪一个引起了这种疾病。那天晚上 9 点开始呕吐和发冷。不要只在他们知道如何处理高风险食物的原始鱼市场再吃这种食物。  | 症状: 呕吐, 寒战

I just left Walmart 10 minutes ago and before I left I purchased their chicken tenders and ate them on the way home. Once I got home I immediately headed to the head and was there going on 30 minutes continuous diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

去那里喝酒然后点了 2 个开胃菜。之前我还不错，感觉很棒。8 点半左边在 11:30 之前正在呕吐。在接下来的 36 个小时内，这种情况还伴随着发烧、发冷、恶心和腹泻。不确定是莎莎皮还是马铃薯皮真是太糟糕了，想马铃薯皮是因为它们加了酸奶油。
