Had shrimp burrito 1/14/18 at Senor taco at 2:00 pm. Also had salsa from the salsa bar so not sure which one caused the illness. Began vomiting and chills at 9 pm that night. Not eating this again only at pristine fish market where they know how to handle high risk foods .  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills

I just left Walmart 10 minutes ago and before I left I purchased their chicken tenders and ate them on the way home. Once I got home I immediately headed to the head and was there going on 30 minutes continuous diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
