我点了一份 4 片鸡块快乐餐，里面有酸奶和炸薯条，大约 45 分钟后，我经历了令人难以置信的呕吐，持续了一个小时（从我的鼻子里喷出了太多东西）
地点非常繁忙，对订单很随意（我朋友的饭菜放错了）。由于呕吐剧烈疼痛，我现在有一个紧张的头痛。可以肯定地说，我再也不会回到这个地方，或者麦当劳的任何其他地方了。

我和男朋友分了 1 个 quesarito、1 个豆类和奶酪卷饼，没有洋葱或红色 SSA 酱，还分了 doritos locos taco nacho 奶酪口味（没什么至高无上的）。经历过腹泻、恶心和呕吐。还有严重的胃痉挛和搅动。我的朋友警告我不要去，因为她在两周前从同一地点生病，但我没听。

I was there July 1st about 6:14 to pick up my food and when I got home started with the appetizer plate I went and took a bite of the chicken strips and they were RAW like RAW RAW It has been two hours and I am extremely sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
