After work I ran by Wendy’s in Hot Springs,AR on central and ordered a #10. On the way home, I ate my nuggets and fries. An hour later, I have a massive diarrhea and vomiting attack. My fever is 100.1 and I have had 2 diarrhea attacks since the initial one and another vomiting session.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

食物很棒，我收到的侧面刚好高于室温。我以为很奇怪但是去吃晚饭了。下午 6 点左右吃了，感觉很好。我吃了拉猪肉三明治，里面有薯条，苹果和奶酪。第二天早上 11 点我的胃突然出现了剧烈的疼痛，我开始变得非常恶心和头晕。我在工作时坚持下去，当我回到家时腹泻开始了。受不了我太头晕了。分裂头痛。这是我从那以后唯一吃过的东西。

I ate a 110z steak , mashed potatoes, broccoli , shrimp with mushrooms . Symptoms started the morning after I had a fever , nausea , explosive diarrhea etc ..  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
