萨克拉曼多县环境管理局于周二下午 1 点左右派遣一名检查员前往卡罗来纳州。根据检查员的报告，检查员在厨房周围发现了 34 至 48 只活的德国蟑螂以及一只活鼠，它在视线中 “消灭（d）”。报告称，卡罗来纳州步入式冷藏柜和前柜台的架子之间有 50 至 70 个鼠标粪便。在一个 5 磅重的青椒纸板箱上发现了另外六到八个粪便，这些垃圾被扔掉了，在密封的生猪肉包装上发现了三到四个粪便。

我星期六在这里吃过饭。我收到了一个外卖订单，上面放着两个面粉玉米饼的碗。我在午餐时吃了一半，几个小时后吃了另一半吃晚饭。第二天我感觉非常不舒服。我整天都有腹泻、发冷和极度身体疼痛。我的手脚既湿又出汗。我整天都无法吃东西，喝水的时候感觉就像要呕吐一样。整个过程持续了大约1天。我又开始感觉正常了，吃了平淡的食物。我再也不会在这家餐厅吃饭了。我的女朋友在同一天，她订单的唯一不同之处在于她得到了豆腐而且病得同样严重！
