Got a burrito bowl with steak, pinto beans, sour cream, corn, mild salsa and guac Sunday evening on Aug. 5th. On Monday we both had to come home early from work due to nausea. I got a fever for the evening and we were both so light-headed that we could hardly leave the bed.  | 症状: 恶心

我在周日 8 月 5 日至 18 日午餐时间（下午 1 点）前往温迪。我订购了一个配方凯撒沙拉、6 只 peice 鸡块和 JR 培根芝士汉堡豪华版。回家吃了沙拉、汉堡和 2 块鸡块。到晚上 8 点，我感觉很温暖，感觉不太好。我采取了自己的体温，温度为 99.9。拿了 Tylenol 然后早点睡觉。第二天早上 6 点醒来，周一 8 月 6 日感觉更糟，但仍然被迫自己起床去工作（幸运的是我是一名护士在医院工作），得上班，我觉得头脑超轻，恶心，我的胃感觉就像有人抓住和扭转我的肠。我扔了好几次，跑了，我的发烧达到了 102.1。我在急检中检查了自己，然后得到了静脉液，因为我会喝的任何东西，更不用说吃东西了，都会马上回来。早点回家。发烧和腹泻仍在继续。今天 8 月 7 日没上班，我的胃还在抽筋，还有低级发烧（100.3），感觉轻松、疲劳和腹泻。希望明天我感觉好一些，我们应该在星期四去意大利 10 天，如果我必须取消旅行，我会很生动。
