早上 11 点左右在三明治。鸡的某些部分似乎没有煮熟。我在开车，非常饿，所以没调查。一小时之内我就开始抽筋和恶心。到 3 点半我正在呕吐腹泻。此时我还在恶心发冷。用可乐坚果茶作为食物与椰子水一起中毒以补液

I simply ate the McChicken and I immediately started to have stomach virus symptoms, I threw up 2 times, everytime I would drink something it would come back up when I threw up, my stomach was aching and I had heat flashes and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
