At sandwich about 11 am.Some parts of the chicken was different appears to be under cooked.I was driving and very hungry so did not investigate.Within and hour I started with cramps and nausea.By 3:30 I was vomiting and had diarrhea.At this time I am still having chills… See more

I simply ate the McChicken and I immediately started to have stomach virus symptoms, I threw up 2 times, everytime I would drink something it would come back up when I threw up, my stomach was aching and I had heat flashes and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
