on 10/28/19, Purchased a bowl & salad with steak with the only common ingredient being steak.  About 20 minutes after eating had severe abdominal cramps & bloating, the diarrhea & vomiting & fever.    | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, 腹胀

As hurricane Dorian was approaching the only fast food available. I ordered3 soft taco Supremes . the first one I ate was watery and barely warm. I tried to eat the second one but when I opened it up the sour cream was what made it watery and warm.  | 症状: 腹泻
