Purchased a Mocha Iced coffee in a bottle. Bottle was sealed. Drank a couple sips and immediately vomited and got a headache. Had diarrhea, nausea, headache and could not eat for 3 days. Top of my lip had burn/blisters. The drinks tasted normal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 头痛

在这里吃过。鸡肉看起来很黑，我点了一个鸡肉三明治和薯条，而我丈夫的掘金在晚上 9 点左右没有油炸。我睡得不好，当我们早起去赶航班时，我非常恶心，开始呕吐。胃痛，然后还有水样腹泻。

I went to around 11 a.m. for lunch and ordered 2 JR Cheeseburgers and at about 12, I had the immediate need to rush to the bathroom. I’ve been in and out of the bathroom throughout the day with diarrhea. Stomach cramps and feeling nauseated as well.… 更多

在这次事件发生之前，我已经吃过几次鸡块，但从来没有生病过。昨天 6-25-19 我姐姐回家为所有人买了鸡块。我在下午 5 点左右吃了 13 块鸡块，直到第二天早上才感觉到任何疾病症状。由于胃痛和恶心，我在大约凌晨 3 点至 5 点左右多次醒来。凌晨 5 点 35 分左右，我去洗手间扔了多次。我姐姐和弟弟在那里吃饭也生病了，在我这样做之前他们就开始感觉不好。我吐了，我姐姐也吐了。
