19 年 6 月 2 日，我和丈夫在那里吃了东西。在那里吃饭后几个小时内，他就生病了。他吃了牛排、mac 和奶酪以及 Ceaser 沙拉。我烤了三文鱼、红薯和自家沙拉。我得带他去紧急护理。他被诊断出患有急性肠胃炎，餐馆保险公司告诉我他们不承担任何责任也就不足为奇了。
他的两端都有黄色的胆汁，不得不错过两天的工作才能康复。我向 DPH 报告了他们，目前正在等待回复。

Went with a group of friends. Took forever to get food. Ordered half order beef nachos. Ate about 5 bites. About an hour after eating I ended up the bathroom and was in and out every 5 mins for 24 hours. Had to sit on the toilet holding a paper bag to throw up in while using the bathroom  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
