I went to a cicis and I got some brownies cheese and pepperoni and garlic bread the symptoms Right away were nausea which turned into vomiting this was the case whenever I went there  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate dinner from their buffet on Thursday Sept 27th 2018. Vomiting on Friday morning Diarrhea Friday evening. Food content was potatoes chili beets mushroom with vegetables. Bottled Root Beer to drink. No problems from other times I have eaten there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

2018 年 6 月 30 日我在塔可钟吃过。我有一个牛排强力碗，里面有鳄梨调味酱、黑豆、西红柿、奶酪、生菜、米饭和酸奶油。我吃完饭大约两个小时后开始感到恶心。我开始感到虚弱和湿滑，最初直到我坐在车里然后立即开始到处呕吐之前，我才意识到发生了什么。这起事件持续了大部分时间，并于 2018 年 7 月 1 日清晨平息。我再也不会在 Taco Bell 吃东西了我一生中最严重的胃痛。
