I order a number 16 chicken tender combo with a oreo shake and after a couple hours I begin having dihaerra vomiting anything I eat or drink. My room mate just ordered the same and is now going through the same thing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我丈夫和我分享了卷曲的薯条和巧克力奶昔。我们每个人都有自己的法式蘸酱三明治。薯条看起来有点旧，三明治上的面包似乎有点陈旧（至少在我的面包上）。我太饿了我还是吃了。大约一个小时后，我和我丈夫都因胃痛和腹泻而告终。12 小时后，我们俩仍然感觉与昨晚相同。
