昨天从那里吃了一个烤鸡肉三明治。甚至不到 3 小时后，头痛和持续腹泻等大规模偏头痛。整晚大部分时间都在浴室里睡了 1.5 个小时 :( 今天大约 6 点左右呕吐开始了，因为这个地方我现在错过了一天的工作。我再也不会把钱给他们了

I stop there and brought a 4-Piece Chicken Tender with Cole Slaw, Biscuit and Lemonade. I consumed the meal and by the time I made it to my destination I started burping non-stop., I was the only one that had the meal. Sickness dates range from June 6, 2019 at around 3:30 PM to today June 11, 2019.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻, Burping

My husband went there to pick up food yesterday evening. We both got chicken sandwiches. He got the order we were home eating within 15 minutes (around 7:30 pm). By 12 am he had diarrhea; by 1 we both had diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
