昨晚 6 点左右我在 chipotle 吃了晚饭。我拿到了装有大部分浇头的牛排 fajita 碗。今天早上 3 点我醒来时出现了严重的胃痛，跑进出浴室直到凌晨 5 点。当我醒来那天时，疼痛仍在继续，现在是第二天下午 1:40，我发烧程度很低，身体疼痛严重。谢谢 chipotle。我再也无法在那里吃东西了... 太恶心了。

I had a mac and cheese and tuna fish sandwich around 7:00 pm. I started having nausea around midnight, I then proceeded to vomited about 3 times around 3 to 6 am. I will never eat there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 2017 年 8 月 16 日星期三从莱昂烧烤店订购了翅膀和肋骨尖端。吃了几块之后，我开始出现胃痛。他们平息了，我吃完饭了。但是，饭后大约 10 分钟，我开始出现严重的腹痛，腹泻，恶心和呕吐。这持续了大约 11.5 个小时。不惜一切代价避开这个地方。

On Monday the 14th in DeKalb Illinois I got the taco box. ate 5 because I was really hungry that day. A couple hours later I got a stomach ache and that’s when all the symptoms happened. Today is the 17th  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

昨天下午 3 点左右我吃了切达西兰花汤和金枪鱼三明治。黑胡椒面包上的金枪鱼三明治有瑞士、蛋黄酱、生菜、番茄和红洋葱。胃痛、恶心和腹泻在进食大约一个小时后开始，一直持续到今天早上。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛
