我最后一餐是3月22日中午12点。我下班后大约晚上11点从他们那里买了鸡块，差不多11小时后。所以不可能是别的东西，我醒来时在呕吐，现在有更多问题。目前不得不请假，最棒的是我的生日是明天……谢谢你毁了  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

大约九到十个月前，我去了爱荷华州牛顿的 Culver's，订购了瑞士蘑菇汉堡作为晚餐。过了几个小时我就感到不舒服，晚上10点到11点左右感觉抽筋加剧了，几个小时后变得难以忍受。呕吐开始了，我呕吐、抽筋和腹泻持续了三天。长期影响是对我的身体造成永久性损伤，从那以后会断断续续地出现抽筋、胀气和腹泻。

I bought a veggie burger basket with onion rings last night around nine . And when I payed in bed at 11 I had a belly ache , got up n had diarrhea. Woke up this morning at nine n happened again this is the second time this morning of diahrrea  | 症状: 腹泻
