我吃了他们的鱼三明治和炸薯条我好几个小时然后开始胃痉挛不好不仅会导致大便松动我开始呕吐而且我出汗不好被它浸透了我甚至无法离开厕所或者我必须使用的垃圾桶因为我不能在厕所里两者都做不到明天去见我的家人医生看看她能不能做血液检查或者任何联系过麦当劳的东西他们否认这是他们的错如果所有的食物中毒系统其他家庭成员没有订购鱼三明治我以前从来没有感觉过这么难过我也在临时运行我还在想去急诊室单元

I ate at chipotle in Waterloo, IA and 30 minutes after eating I experienced severe diahrea and throughout the rest of the day I had vomiting and diahrea.. no nausea or signs of the stomach flu, it was clearly food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

晚上 7 点 30 分左右，我吃了半个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面装有鸡肉、白米饭、黑豆、蔬菜、玉米莎莎、guac、酸奶油和奶酪。晚上 8 点 30 分左右开始因胃痉挛而感到不适。抽筋一直持续到深夜，直到凌晨 3 点，当我开始呕吐并经历 diahrea、头晕和痛苦的胃痉挛时。这一直持续到早上 6 点。
