我星期三在 BWW 大约 3-4 点吃了一顿晚饭。我回到家然后自动躺下。凌晨 2 点左右，我醒来时有强烈的胃痛和呕吐的冲动。第一次是腹泻。我在 4 点左右又醒来，跑到洗手间然后呕吐。然后在 7:30 左右再次醒来，感觉好像我需要呕吐。

I went there with my friends family for dinner. I mostly ate mac n cheese, popcorn shrimp, marinara pasta, and meatloaf. As soon as I left the restaurant and got back to my house I started feeling sick to my stomach. It's now been two days and I still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ordered a chicken lime burrito bowl with lettuce on top and wife and I shared a bowl of tortilla soup it may have been the lettuce that made me sick wife had no lettuce it took until early the next morning before it hit me  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Went in for the half price wing deal they do on Tuesdays. I order a Pepsi, cheese fries and a small order of medium/spicy wings. By the time I got in the car to go home Is start feelings sick. Not even 10 minutes after I got home, I had to hit the can. Atrocious.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
