早上 6 点半停在麦当劳，经过开车直通车得到了苹果汁、饼干和肉汁。去家得宝在路上吃了食物。拿到我的材料然后在离开那里的路上我开始潮热然后我的胃开始抽筋真的很糟糕。我回到家躺下，然后在上午 11 点之前。我当时腹泻和呕吐，严重的胃痛，出汗 36 个小时都无法移动而没有呕吐或呕吐。在它毁了我整个星期之前，我从来没有感觉过这么难过。

点了两个鸡肉三明治和薯条。注意到包子上有东西（如果他们提供的话看起来像凉拌卷心菜？我不喜欢它，所以我不注意）但是把它摘下来吃了。薯条也有点冷。在三个小时内我恶心但我能够入睡。自昨晚凌晨 2 点起就醒了，每当我吃饼干时都会反复出现胃痉挛和头痛，如果不是在毯子里，一直在燃烧，出汗和感冒。
