Hi, I had dinner at Applebees at about 10:30pm. I had the bourbon street chicken & shrimp which I shared with my son. At about 3:30am , we both started vomiting and having nausea and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken fried, French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. I went to bed shortly after and woke up and have had diahrea 6 times in the last hour.  | 症状: 腹泻

Had a soda and nachos, and then a couple of my boneless wings. Started getting stomache aches about two hours after, that turned into diarrhea and nausea. I've been needing to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
