Had it for lunch on Sunday and have been having diarrhea Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The chicken was hard and cold but I did take out so couldn’t change it. This is really NOT ok especially as I am pregnant. NEVER EAT AT CHIPOTLE!  | 症状: 腹泻

2017 年 9 月 16 日，我订购了带有 tater tots 的爆米花鸡肉套餐作为午餐。爆米花鸡已经煮完了，而且小伙子们被油脂弄湿了。我吃了大约一半的tater tots和所有的爆米花鸡。我两者都用了烧烤和牧场蘸酱。晚上我开始感到不舒服，几乎没有胃口吃晚饭。晚上 10 点左右我开始感到恶心然后开始呕吐。持续了晚上和第二天。2017 年 9 月 18 日星期一开始感觉好多了。

I had a chicken habanero sandwich for dinner Friday evening. Woke up Saturday morning feeling very strange - very anxious and shaky and could tell something was wrong. Within an hour I was dry-heaving into the toilet followed by the worst completely liquid diarrhea for the rest… 更多

晚上 10 点去了 Sonic 7 月 30 日晚上 10 点和我的男朋友一起摇晃。我订购的是小号的菠萝奶昔。那天晚上睡觉，凌晨 3 点醒来，胃痉挛和恶心最严重。星期一必须去上班，但只能持续 7 个小时中的一个小时，所以我没有预期的 6 个小时的工资回家，当我离开工作回家时，我丢了 6 次，但胃痉挛仍然非常严重，感觉发烧。星期二我的腹泻真的很严重，胃痛更多。现在是星期三，我仍然很痛苦。
