Ate lunch here.ate Smothered chicken, Ate smothered chicken, brocolli and carrots and baked potato. Got fever and threw up in their outhouse before we left. Thirsty all afternoon and got same fever and threw up again after eating supper also had black diarrhea a little later. Fine… 更多

At 8pm on October 24, 2019 I had ordered dry rubbed ribs. I also got street corn and loaded mashed potatoes. For an appetizer I got the chili con queso. The coworker j was with got salmon and corn. We both got diarrhea as well as vomiting… 更多

I ate lunch on Monday 10/14 around 12:30pm. I ordered an Impossible burger with a side of macaroni and cheese, and this was the only meal I had consumed that day. Within 4 hours, I had a fever and was vomiting violently. These symptoms lasted for over 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
