18 年 7 月 4 日星期六，吃了 Cobb 沙拉、牧场调味料、薯条、苏打水。不到一个半小时就出现了非常紧急的腹泻，现在是过去 24 小时的 20 倍，今天出现了胃痛抽筋和发烧使身体疼痛发冷。丈夫吃了不同的食物也有腹泻但没有我那么糟糕。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战, 胃痛, 身体疼痛

I ate at Gojos last night and had scalllops and shrimp. I am the only one in my groups that had the scallops and have been deathly ill with vomiting and diarrhea all night and all of today.
