I saw one of the workers put the raw hamburger on the grill but didn’t see that they washed their hands right after. It seems like they are cross contaminating food and not washing their hands in the right sinks. All I ordered was a green Chile burger with bacon and seasoned fries.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 10 月 9 日星期一购买了 93/7％ 的碎牛肉。2017 年 10 月 15 日，我们制作了汉堡肉饼。它的味道几乎像野生肉。太恶心了，当晚和第二天我立刻感到恶心和虚弱。第二天丈夫有腹泻，我给我的狗一些是因为我不打算吃完它，它像它一样品尝，狗也有腹泻。太恶心了！
