2019 年 2 月 9 日星期六晚上 8 点左右，开始晚餐后不久，我的胃疼痛和抽筋。我吃了大部分凯撒沙拉，一口龙虾/虾阿尔弗雷多，我所有的岩龙虾尾巴和缅因州龙虾尾都浸在黄油中。当我们离开时，我去了限制浴室，无法决定我是要呕吐还是腹泻。只是有点干燥起来。到了车上，然后我开始在那里用食品袋呕吐了几次，据我所知，龙虾和黄油。

我和男朋友都订购了墨西哥卷饼碗，两个碗中唯一的相似之处是牛肉、白米饭和莎莎酱。两者都在呕吐，有腹泻，恶心，头痛，发冷和可怕的胃痛。我比在这里吃饭更了解，但是价格便宜而且我们饿了。太烂了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛, 寒战

Haven't confirmed with a doctor yet but I've been vomiting and experiencing non stop diarrhea since Monday (it's now Thursday). I ate a Panera sandwich with romaine lettuce on it on Sunday afternoon and a salad with romaine lettuce from wendy's the previous Thursday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I eat mcdonalds once a week being on the road for work. I've never experienced symptoms like this. I have twin boys and domestic partner it's not the flu clearly they be sick as well. this is last thing I ate before tragedy struck. 48 hours of sickness  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
